Indiana

After breakfast I decided to take a short walk
and look at the shops. The temperature was
already stifling so it was definitely a
‘short’ walk.

It’s so hot here most people only venture out
when absolutely necessary. Everywhere you
go is air conditioned, even the trailer has AC.

Walking back over the car park I found the
sight of horse and buggy hitched outside
KFC just way too weird.

Time to pack up and try to find a camping
ground so we could unhitch the trailer and
do some exploring. As we were driving away
I realized that if I had just walked a bit further
I would have seen the Pet Shop at the Mall.
Bugga! I still haven’t managed to get to one.

An hour or so later we managed to find that
elusive camp ground and check out the local
information centre. Tomorrows’ sight seeing
excursions are planned to start with an early
visit to the factory where our trailer was made.
Totally riveting – I think not!!

We’ll see.
